MyPhotoStudio is a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform that enables independent photo studios and photographers (“Studios”) to host online galleries and accept orders from their customers. This document is an electronic record generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.

1 Nature of the Service

MyPhotoStudio provides a technology platform that allows Studios to:

  • Create and manage online photo galleries for events, groups or individual sessions.
  • Share gallery links or QR codes with their customers.
  • Enable customers to view, select and order printed photos or related products.
  • Connect their own payment gateway accounts (such as Razorpay) to collect payments directly.
  • Track orders and manage related information through a Studio dashboard.

Important: MyPhotoStudio is not a photography studio, printing lab or courier service. MyPhotoStudio does not capture photos, print products or deliver physical items. All such services are provided exclusively by the individual Studios using the platform.

2 Platform Users

There are two main categories of users on MyPhotoStudio:

  • Studios: Independent businesses (photo studios, photographers, agencies) that create accounts on MyPhotoStudio to manage galleries and accept print orders.
  • Customers: Individuals who access galleries and/or place orders with a Studio through links or QR codes provided by that Studio.

When a Customer places an order using MyPhotoStudio, the contract for that order is formed directly between the Customer and the respective Studio, not between the Customer and MyPhotoStudio.

3 Studio Responsibilities

Each Studio using MyPhotoStudio acts as an independent vendor and is solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and legality of photos and content uploaded to the platform.
  • Defining and communicating its own pricing, print sizes, product types and offers.
  • Fulfilling orders, including printing, packaging and delivering products to Customers.
  • Managing its own payment gateway integration (such as Razorpay) and receiving payments directly.
  • Providing customer support for order-related questions, delays, quality issues, refunds or cancellations.
  • Complying with applicable local laws, regulations and data protection obligations.

Note: Any disputes, complaints or claims related to print quality, non-delivery, delays, incorrect items, or refund requests must be addressed directly between the Customer and the Studio.

4 Role & Limitations of MyPhotoStudio

  • MyPhotoStudio provides the online platform, hosting and tools required for Studios to manage galleries and orders.
  • MyPhotoStudio does not set or control Studio pricing, delivery timelines or product specifications.
  • MyPhotoStudio does not act as an agent, partner or representative of any Studio.
  • MyPhotoStudio does not collect or hold Customer payments on behalf of Studios. All payments are routed directly to the Studio’s payment gateway account.
  • MyPhotoStudio is not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from transactions or interactions between Customers and Studios.

5 Account, Access & Acceptable Use

  • Studios are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities performed under their accounts.
  • Customers must keep gallery links, QR codes and any login details shared by Studios secure and should not publish them in public forums unless clearly intended to be public.
  • Users must not use MyPhotoStudio to upload or share:
    • Illegal, defamatory, obscene or infringing content;
    • Content that violates privacy or publicity rights of individuals;
    • Malware, spam or content intended to disrupt the platform.
  • MyPhotoStudio reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Studio or user account that violates these Terms or misuses the platform.

6 Payments & Financial Transactions

  • Studios integrate their own payment gateway accounts (such as Razorpay) with MyPhotoStudio. Payment gateway relationships are directly between the Studio and the provider.
  • When a Customer makes a payment, the amount is processed by the Studio’s payment gateway and credited to the Studio’s designated account.
  • MyPhotoStudio does not access or store card numbers, CVV, net banking passwords, UPI PINs or similar sensitive financial information.
  • In case of payment failures, duplicate charges or related issues, Customers must contact the Studio and/or payment gateway provider with transaction details.

Clarification: MyPhotoStudio is not responsible for chargebacks, refunds, reversals or any banking decisions related to payments. These are handled between the Studio, the Customer and the payment gateway/bank.

7 Orders, Printing, Delivery & Timelines

Typical order workflows may involve the following steps, which are configured and managed by each Studio:

Order Placement: Customer selects photos, sizes and quantity and confirms the order through the MyPhotoStudio-powered gallery.

Payment Confirmation: Payment is processed via the Studio’s payment gateway.

Printing & Processing: The Studio prints and prepares the order as per its own internal schedule.

Delivery: The Studio arranges pickup or shipping as communicated to the Customer.

  • Exact timelines for printing and delivery are determined solely by the Studio and may vary depending on order volume, season and logistics.
  • MyPhotoStudio does not guarantee any specific delivery timeframe or service level to Customers.

8 Refunds, Cancellations & Replacements

Refunds, cancellations and replacements are governed by the Refund, Cancellation & Replacement Policy published on this website.

  • Each Studio may define its own rules for cancellations before printing starts, partial refunds, reprints or replacement of damaged items.
  • Customers must contact the respective Studio directly for any refund or replacement requests, providing order details and proof where needed.
  • MyPhotoStudio does not issue refunds or replacements and does not assume responsibility for disputes arising from orders placed with Studios.

9 Intellectual Property

  • All photographs uploaded by a Studio remain the intellectual property of that Studio (or their respective rights holders), unless otherwise agreed between the Studio and its Customers.
  • MyPhotoStudio does not claim ownership over photos or content uploaded by Studios or Customers.
  • MyPhotoStudio may temporarily process and display photos as necessary to provide the platform’s functionalities, such as gallery viewing and ordering.
  • Studios are responsible for obtaining necessary rights and permissions for any photos they upload and share via MyPhotoStudio.

10 Limitation of Liability

  • MyPhotoStudio provides the platform on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
  • MyPhotoStudio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
  • MyPhotoStudio is not responsible for:
    • Quality or outcome of services provided by Studios;
    • Delays or failures caused by third-party providers, including payment gateways, internet providers or couriers;
    • Loss of data due to factors beyond reasonable control, despite reasonable security measures.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, any aggregate liability of MyPhotoStudio, if established, shall be limited to the amount (if any) paid directly to MyPhotoStudio by the concerned user for platform usage during the preceding three months, excluding any payments made to Studios.

11 Modifications to the Platform & Terms

  • MyPhotoStudio may update, enhance, modify or discontinue certain features of the platform from time to time.
  • MyPhotoStudio may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will always be available on this page.
  • Continued use of the website or platform after changes are posted will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to the use of the MyPhotoStudio website or platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.
