MyPhotoStudio - SaaS Platform for Photo Studios
MyPhotoStudio is a software platform that helps photographers and studios manage event galleries, accept print orders, and streamline client selections. We do not manufacture, print, pack, or deliver any physical products. All printing and shipping are handled directly by the respective studio fulfilling the customer’s order.
1 Order Processing
Once a customer places an order through MyPhotoStudio, the selected studio receives the order details and processes it according to their internal timelines and workflow. MyPhotoStudio does not control or influence the studio’s processing time.
2 Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary depending on the studio, print product type, order volume, and customer location. Each studio defines its own delivery schedule and communicates directly with customers as needed.
3 Shipping Charges
Shipping or delivery charges, if applicable, are set by the studio fulfilling the order. These charges will be displayed to the customer before completing payment.
4 Order Tracking
Order tracking or delivery updates may be provided directly by the studio. Customers can contact the studio using the phone number or email shared on the order confirmation or event gallery page.
5 Packaging
Studios are responsible for securely packaging orders to prevent damage during transit. MyPhotoStudio is not responsible for packaging quality or any damage that may occur during shipping.
6 Delays in Delivery
Delivery delays may occur due to courier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or internal studio processing time. MyPhotoStudio does not manage logistics and is not responsible for shipment delays.
7 Soft Copy / Digital Download Delivery
Where a Studio has enabled digital downloads (soft copy orders), the delivery process is entirely digital and no physical shipping is involved.
- Instant delivery: Upon payment confirmation, the customer receives immediate access to download their purchased photos directly through the event gallery on the MyPhotoStudio platform.
- No courier or logistics: Soft copy orders are not shipped. There are no shipping charges, no tracking numbers, and no physical packaging for digital download orders.
- Access via gallery link: Customers can access and download their purchased digital photos through the same gallery link or QR code used to view the event. The Studio may also send a download confirmation via WhatsApp or Email.
- Download issues: If a customer experiences a technical issue accessing their digital download after payment, they should contact the Studio directly. MyPhotoStudio may assist the Studio with technical investigation where applicable.
8 MyPhotoStudio Responsibility
MyPhotoStudio provides only the technology platform and does not participate in:
- Printing or production of physical photo products
- Packing or shipping of orders
- Logistics or courier handling
- Delivery commitments or guarantees
