What happens after my plan expires?
Your photos and event data remain accessible throughout your full plan validity period. Once the plan expires, event creation is paused and your event, client, photo and video data is deleted 7 days after expiry. Renew before expiry to keep your data - you can also come back and renew later, but data already removed by the 7-day deletion cannot be restored.
Can I upgrade my plan mid-term?
Yes, you can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The remaining value of your current plan will be adjusted.
Is storage really unlimited?
You can upload unlimited photos per event. Each plan includes a storage allocation - from 30 GB on Starter up to 1,500 GB on Enterprise - and every plan card shows its own figure. Photos remain accessible as long as your plan is active.
